Every transmission below describes a boundary, a permission, or a responsibility that governs the SocialSonar surface. Read each card before drifting deeper into the layers. Entering the field is treated as agreement with everything written here.
Entering The Field
By drifting into any depth layer of the SocialSonar surface, the visitor confirms that they have read these operating conditions and accept them in full. The field is open to visitors who are nineteen years of age or older and who reside in a jurisdiction where ambient digital entertainment of this kind is not restricted. If either of those conditions is uncertain, the visitor should leave the surface before drifting further. There is no separate confirmation flow, because the entry itself is the confirmation.
Nature Of The Surface
SocialSonar exists as an entertainment-only environment. No interaction inside the field carries real-world value, no session represents a wager, no outcome is connected to an external reward, payout, balance, or token economy. The platform deliberately avoids every visual or interaction pattern associated with high-pressure incentive interfaces, including but not limited to spinning reels framed as reward draws, near-miss feedback, multiplier escalations, jackpot animations, or countdown urgency. The surface is an aesthetic field, not a financial instrument.
Permitted Activity
Visitors may explore the depth layers, observe the ambient signal motion, interact with the embedded experiences hosted directly inside the field, and read every supporting page. Personal, non-commercial drifting through the surface is fully permitted. Sharing the public address of the field with a colleague, embedding a screenshot in a portfolio, or referencing the platform in a design critique is also permitted. None of these everyday activities require additional authorization.
Prohibited Activity
Automated scraping of the field at a rate or pattern designed to mirror, mass-archive, or pressure-test the infrastructure is not permitted. Embedding the SocialSonar surface inside a third-party promotional shell, an arcade lobby, a sweepstakes portal, or any context that misrepresents the field as a high-stakes platform is prohibited. Injecting external advertising, affiliate tracking, or third-party telemetry into any layer of the field is also prohibited. The intent of these limits is to preserve the quiet character of the surface for everyone else.
Embedded Experiences
Embedded experiences inside the field are loaded locally on the SocialSonar surface and are presented strictly as ambient sonar-mapped content. They are framed pieces of interaction, not products, services, or instruments. SocialSonar makes no representation about the persistence of any state created inside an embedded experience, no representation about save reliability, and no representation about score retention. A visitor who closes an embedded experience should assume the session ends with that closure.
No Account Layer
SocialSonar does not host accounts, logins, profiles, friend lists, follower graphs, persistent identifiers, or any concept of a returning user. There is nothing to register for, nothing to sign into, and nothing to delete because nothing is stored about the visitor between drifts. The absence of an account layer is not a missing feature; it is a foundational design rule. Visitors who expect a personalized homepage, saved preferences, or a recognized return will not find one, and that is intentional.
Communication Channel
The platform maintains exactly one passive correspondence beacon, published as a plain-text email address on the contact page. There is no contact form, no chat overlay, no support ticketing, and no automated reply system. Messages received at the beacon are read as ambient signals, without any commitment to response time, response priority, or response at all. Sensitive personal information, payment data, or confidential material should never be transmitted through the beacon.
Intellectual Layers
The SocialSonar atmosphere — including the depth log structure, the sonar interaction vocabulary, the layer naming convention, the ambient motion design, and the typographic system — is original work produced for this surface. Visitors are welcome to be inspired by it in the same way a designer is inspired by any other publicly visible interface. Visitors may not copy the field wholesale, rebrand it, or republish it under a different name while presenting it as their own work.
Modifications To These Terms
Depth layers, signal labels, supporting text, and the wording of these operating conditions may be revised at any time as the field evolves. Revisions are published silently on the page; there is no email distribution, no banner, and no popup. A visitor's continued exploration of the surface after a revision is treated as acceptance of the revised terms. Visitors who want to verify whether a particular wording has changed are encouraged to consult their browser history or an external archive.
Availability
SocialSonar is offered as-is and as-available. The platform makes no guarantee of continuous availability, no guarantee that every layer is reachable from every connection, no guarantee of compatibility with every browser configuration, and no guarantee of a specific atmospheric outcome on any particular device. The visitor bears responsibility for entering depth layers compatible with their device, browser, and connection, and for leaving the field if their environment cannot render it comfortably.
Liability Boundary
To the maximum extent allowed by the law governing the visitor's jurisdiction, SocialSonar disclaims responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from a visit to the surface. The field is intended for casual ambient consumption. It is not a critical service, not a record of truth, and not a system of authority. Visitors who treat it as more than what it is do so at their own discretion.
Third-Party Imitation
From time to time, third parties may produce surfaces that imitate the SocialSonar aesthetic, claim affiliation with the field, or attempt to use the name as a marketing layer for unrelated products. The genuine SocialSonar surface lives at its published address and communicates only through its single beacon. Any other instance, no matter how convincing, is not endorsed and not connected. Visitors who encounter such imitations are encouraged to recognize them and disengage.
Governing Atmosphere
These terms are interpreted in the spirit of quiet, non-commercial, atmospheric interaction. Where any clause is ambiguous, the interpretation that preserves the calm of the field for every visitor takes precedence over any interpretation that would maximize commercial outcome. The field is not a contract of optimization; it is a description of how the surface chooses to behave.
